The staff was amazing, always going out of their

way to make us feel welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and provided all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, it would have been nice to have more options for breakfast, as it felt a bit limited at times.

found no hot tub, which was a complete letdown since I booked mainly for that. breakfast was so bad it was almost comical, the bacon looked like something from a horror movie. and after all this, i expected at least some complimentary snacks in my room but apparently, that was too much to ask for, just couldn’t deal with it.

Unfortunately, we found ourselves quite disappointed during our stay. The amenities we were promised, like the hot tub, were not available, which really impacted our experience since that was a key reason for choosing this hotel. Additionally, the cable was out, leaving us without options for entertainment, and despite our late checkout approval, the housekeeping staff's early knocks and eventual entry into our room left us feeling quite uncomfortable.

The staff was wonderful during my stay. The breakfast woman went out of her way to help me by offering to cut up an apple, considering my broken wrist. The room was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen that made in-room dining enjoyable.

The staff were kind and really went out of their way to help, especially Mario, he made my kids feel special. One night we had an issue with the hot tub being filled in, but Mario found us a suite upgrade, and my boys were ecstatic.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience balanced it out.
